Two Posts in one day!!! what is she on?!!

I'll tell you...
A new multi-vitamin, that i think has natural caffeine like qualities that have really got me going and kinds jittery (which I reallly tried to suppress while recording the show today).

Turns out the supreme court is going nuts over, commas,. Patt Morrison, on the "The Patt Morrison" show today on KPCC, discussed their recent focus on the use of commas in the second amendment and their effects on its meaning, which might change the outcome of the review of a past ruling. The speakers on the show (don't remember names, and I am too jittery to look them up.,,) said that it didn't matter...the use of commas and the interpretation, since commas were used so loosely then.

I recall, when studying hermenuetics (spelling?) under dad's guidance, that a comma makes a world of difference to meaning, whether or not the original writer intended it that way. Of course, we were reading religious texts, but if we're governing by our constitution, then I think we should be just as meticulous. We actors are with Shakespeare, anyhow, preferring to use to first folio which keeps all it's "mistake" commas which we use as clues for meaning and acting direction. Which is interesting, since Patt mentioned the fact that Shakespeare was careless with the spelling of his name when pondering on the importance of punctuation. hmmmm.
